Context

Upflow has established strong business partnerships with several partners. In this note, we will focus on consulting partners, I.e. firms which provides value added financial or technology services to B2B companies. These are mostly 1) ERP consultants and 2) Financial service firms (accountants, externalized CFO, BPOs etc.).

Up until 2023, these partnerships were mostly focused on lead generation, going both ways.

In 2022/2023, Upflow witnessed 2 trends:

As of 2024, and further to successful pilots, selected partners now have an opportunity to provide more than only lead generation, but also professional services on top of the Upflow offering. This translates into consulting fees and revenues for the partners.


Objective of this note

This note aims at describing how professional services could be set up for partners in order to drive further value from our mutual clients, and how partners can drive further value from partnering with Upflow.

Offered Scope of Work

As of May 2024, Partners are offered the following scope of work on contracted Upflow Merchants. This scope of work will evolve over time, based on Upflow product roadmap and additional requirements from Merchants.
