Staff status

Upflow considers that team members’ work location can either be hybrid or full remote.

• You have a hybrid status when you primarily live and work from one of Upflow’s hub (Paris or New York)
• You have a full remote status when you primarily live and work from somewhere else, in the limit of:
  • Business team: +/- 2 hours time zone from Paris or New York
  • Product & Engineering team: +/- 2 hours time zone from Paris

Ground rules for remote work

When working away from their primary location, team members are expected to:

1. Have the approval of your manager to work on the move / in transport, train, flight
2. Not be in a time zone with a difference of more than 2 hours from Paris or New York
3. Have internet access good enough to make video calls
